📄 TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FIGHT SPORT

🏢 GENERAL INFORMATION

The customer purchases products directly from FIGHT SPORT, owned by David Chorda Cándido, whose full identification details are available on this website.

The characteristics, prices and availability of the products displayed in the online store are considered valid except for typographical or updating errors.

FIGHT SPORT reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors, lack of stock or other justified reasons, informing the customer in advance.

In case a paid product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

💳 PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Bank transfer: orders will be processed once payment is confirmed
  • Cash on delivery: payment upon receipt (may include additional fees)
  • Credit/Debit card (Visa and MasterCard): secure payment via payment gateway
  • PayPal: no additional cost for the customer

📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

⏱️ Delivery Times

  • Spain (mainland): 24 – 72 hours
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 5 – 15 days
  • International shipping: between 2 and 20 days depending on destination

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on destination, weight and volume.

We ship to Spain, Europe and international destinations.

🔁 RETURNS

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To do so, they must contact FIGHT SPORT:

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

✅ Return Conditions

Products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in perfect condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include invoice or proof of purchase

❌ Non-returnable Products

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Mouthguards
  • Groin protectors
  • Intimate or underwear sportswear
  • Sports bras
  • Face masks

(Unless they present a manufacturing defect)

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Paid by the customer
  • Except in case of defective or incorrect product

💰 Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 3 to 7 business days using the original payment method.

🛡️ WARRANTY

All products include a legal warranty of 3 years, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

❌ Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by impacts or improper use
  • Deterioration due to intensive sports use

🔐 PAYMENT SECURITY

Payments made by credit or debit card are secured through SSL encryption systems, ensuring data protection.

FIGHT SPORT does not have access to customers’ banking details.

⚖️ LIABILITY AND APPLICABLE LAW

FIGHT SPORT shall not be held responsible for delays or failures due to force majeure or transport-related issues, but will assist the customer in resolving any incidents.

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

In case of dispute, the courts of Alzira (Valencia, Spain) shall have jurisdiction.

🔄 MODIFICATIONS

FIGHT SPORT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms will be those in force at the time of purchase.
